SUMMER CLUB BOOK CAMP

it’s like summer camp for adults with book club sprinkled in and a million fun activities and all you have to do is show up and have a good time 😎

When: July 9-12, 2026
Where: Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, NY
Tickets start at $550/person plus hotel. Spots are limited.

BASIC PACKAGE: $550 PER PERSON

Includes food, drinks, and activities described below, access to heated-indoor-outdoor pool and hot tubs, plus exclusive Summer Club Book Camp swag.

ADVENTURE PACKAGE: +$75 PER PERSON (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

Includes access to Sky Flyer Mountain Coaster and Sky High Aerial Park, featuring an exhilarating array of platforms, obstacles, bridges, and ziplines.

YOGA: +$25 PER PERSON (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

Laura Solly will be leading a yoga class suitable for any level of experience on Saturday at 8:30am. Weather permitting, we will be outside on the overlook terrace. Please bring your own yoga mat or let us know in advance if you would like to borrow one.

TICKET PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE HOTEL ROOM

Hotel room block confirmed at $664 for the weekend (taxes and fees included). Deluxe Rooms at the Tamarack have one Queen Sized Bed and a Sofa Sleeper. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom units may be available upon request. Please contact Holiday Valley directly for pricing and availability. Sharing rooms is encouraged!

You must contact Holiday Valley directly to book hotel rooms at least 30 days before the event. Holiday Valley requires a 50% deposit when booking. Hotel cancellations with 72 hours advance notice will receive a refund of your deposit less a $20 processing fee. To reserve your room, please call 716-699-2345 ext. 6500 and tell them you’re reserving a room for Summer Club Book Camp.

BOOKING DETAILS

All ticket purchases are nonrefundable. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. To secure your spot, we are requiring a $300 down payment. The remaining balance of your ticket price will be due 6/1/2026. If you need an alternative payment plan, please reach out. We will do our best to accommodate you.

8PM: MURDER MYSTERY PARTY AT THE TAMARACK CLUB MEETING ROOM; OPEN BAR 8-10PM. CASH BAR 10-11PM

SUNDAY, 7/12

HOTEL CHECK-OUT BY 11AM

Participation in all activities is optional.

EVENT DETAILS

The resort is an easy one mile walk to the charming Village of Ellicottville and provides access to hiking and biking trails. There is also a spa, golf course, climbing forest, e-bike rentals, chairlift ride, and more!

Free book swap will be setup during check-in. Please bring a new or gently used book to donate. Please bring no more than five books.

Drinks provided during meals and bar service include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You may bring your own beverages to enjoy at the pool, outdoors, and during free time.

Please communicate any dietary restrictions at least thirty days before the event.

One t-shirt per person will be provided. Please bring additional garments you wish to tie dye.

Permanent jewelry appointments will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Jess will provide a catalog and opportunity to preorder specific jewelry before the event.

Murder Mystery characters will be assigned prior to the event so you can plan costumes.

Aerial Park: Weight limit of 265 pounds. Climbers must be able to perform certain physical tasks. Mountain Coaster: Must be at least 54 inches tall to ride. Weight limit of 350 pounds.
