Parties and Events
Groups up to six people can walk in at any time. We do not accept or require reservations for small groups.
If your group has 6+ people, we recommend that you call the store at 585-978-7626 in advance to reserve space at the bar.
Private Events: Scents by Design is available to be booked for private events outside of our normal business hours. For private events, we charge an event fee of $50/hour and there is a minimum spend of $250/hour. The event fee and minimum spend deposit is due at the time of booking. As an example, if you book an event for one hour, you will be required to pay the $50 event fee and $250 deposit up front. At the time of your event, we will deduct your $250 deposit from your total bill.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your private party, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to be issued store credit. Cancelations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not receive store credit or a refund. Outside food will be permitted during private events. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at any time. Kids' Parties: Celebrate your kids' parties at Scents by Design! We welcome children of all ages but adult supervision is required. Packages start at $10/child for a 4oz tin candle. These candles set in about 45 minutes, which gives you the perfect window of time to go out and grab pizza or ice cream.
