Parties and Events

Groups up to six people can walk in at any time. We do not accept or require reservations for small groups. 

If your group has 6+ people, we recommend that you call the store at 585-978-7626 in advance to reserve space at the bar. 

Private Events: Scents by Design is available to be booked for private events in one-hour increments for a minimum spend of $250/hour. A non-refundable $250/hour deposit is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your private party, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to be issued store credit. Cancelations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not receive store credit or a refund. Call 585-978-7626 or email hello@scentsbydesign.com to inquire about availability. Outside food will be permitted during private events. Outside alcohol will not be permitted at any time. Private Events are only accommodated outside of our normal business hours. 

Kids' Parties: Celebrate your kids' parties at Scents by Design! We welcome children of all ages but adult supervision is required. Packages start at $10/child for a 4oz tin candle. These candles set in about 45 minutes, which gives you the perfect window of time to go out and grab pizza or ice cream.
