Fundraising doesn’t have to stink.

Selling candles is a great way to spread good scents and raise funds, and we have a few ways you can fundraise with Scents by Design. Contact us at info@scentsbydesign.com or 585-978-7626 to discuss details. 

SELL OUR CANDLES

We’ll create an order form with a small selection of popular scents from the 100+ that we have available in store. Members of your organization go out into the community to take orders and collect money for the candles. When the sales window is complete, submit the order to Scents by Design, including the quantities of each scent sold and payment. Within two weeks, your candles will be poured and ready for pickup. The members of your organization who sold candles then deliver them to their customers. You get to keep a portion of the sale price for each candle sold.

SELL CUSTOM CANDLES

We’ll work with you develop a custom scent and design a unique label. We will pour 12 candles for your organization to use as samples during your sales process. Members of your organization go out into the community to take orders and collect money for the candles. When the sales window is complete, submit your order to Scents by Design, including the quantities sold and payment. Within two weeks, your candles will be poured and ready for pickup. The members of your organization who sold candles then deliver them to their customers. You get to keep a portion of the sale price for each candle sold. This option requires a $100 deposit to cover costs of the sample candles.

MAKE A DAY OF IT

We’ll choose a specific day, and a portion of that day’s retail sales will go to your organization. You’ll create a flyer or postcard that you distribute to your supporters to spread the word about your fundraiser, and instruct them to present it when they checkout. In order to receive a portion of Scents by Design’s sales for your donation day, at least eight separate customers must present your organization’s flyers.
